We placed 2 sample orders with Flooret. The first order they sent the wrong sample. Customer service was quick to respond and replaced the sample order by sending 2 additional boards. Then we ordered a few more samples to make sure we had all our options. Glad we did! It is hard to get an idea by looking at a picture online. Shipping was quick through FedEx. We will be ordering soon for our basement!
