No gimmicks or hardsell tactics, and Flooret did what it said it was going to do. Most pleasing to me was the quality of its customer service. I didn't have to wait long to speak to a rep., and the four or so times I did call (I had lots of questions because was a flooring neophyte and needed some handholding), the reps were both knowledgable and easy to communicate with. That combination of knowledge, communication skill, and ease of access is rare today.
