Ordered almost 2000 sq ft of flooring. Some of it was damaged during shipping but Flooret took care of that promptly and with minimal paperwork. It installed nicely and looks great. Long term durability is yet to be determined. I loved the Craftsman line. The Signature line was also of good quality but was harder to install and I did not care for the wide plank look as much. The Base line was definitely a lower tier product but that is reflected in its price.
