Quality of the flooring is great. However the customer service, order process, and shipping is sub par. Flooring goes on backorder for months without notice and with no follow up from flooret. No one will be able to tell you when the flooring will come in because they are unable to track their shipment from China through the unload port. This becomes a difficult situation when you have renovation deadlines and contractors, move dates, and timelines must all be rescheduled. All of which incurs additional costs. The last order I received was outside their promised 12 day shipping window. After paying $200 in shipping, I had to try and negotiate with their 3rd party shipping agent to schedule my own delivery. No shipping credit was given for being outside this promised window. Buy more expensive flooring from a reputable company and you will be better off.
