I haven't received any product, because everything is on backorder for 2-3 months, so I can only speak to the order process at the moment. I was charged full price immediately at purchase without any clue when it will arrive. I was hoping the charge would come when the product is ready. I understood it is backordered when I ordered, but it still is inconvenient, I will miss my deadlines, and not being able to fulfill product will make me think twice about recommending Flooret to someone no matter how nice the floor or price is
