I am very impressed with the product samples we received and the custom service Flooret gave. One of the samples was forgotten and when I called they quickly fixed the issue sending out that missing sample and 2 other samples within the next 24 hours. Highly recommend and was very impressed with the size of the samples even if you do have to purchase them.
