Great product. Great customer service. I installed my first project myself - it went very smoothly. I used a professional installer for my second project - he was very impressed with the product. Quick shipping was very helpful when a few extra items were needed to complete the job. Flooret's direct-to-consumer model provides good value for what I consider to be a commercial-level product.
