The color is a nice neutral by itself, but we decided not to go with the Hafren because it seems much darker in our space than I expected based on the pictures. That said, the Flooret samples appear to be vastly higher quality and more durable than the samples we got from the the big box stores. We ordered some lighter color samples will be choosing one of those.
