I've placed two orders for samples & both times they were delivered quickly and the company communicated throughout the process. The samples were nicely packaged and arrived in excellent condition. Most importantly, the product is well made and really looks like the real thing. I'm 90% sure I'm going with Flooret Sutton Signature to replace the carpet in my home.
