i orderd 14 packs of flooring for a customer and i was a little short, i needed 2 more packs and had tp pay the exaturated ammount of £85.00 delivery for just 2 packs of flooring weighing approx 10 kilos to m this is a rip off as a courier would deliver for £20.00 and condiering i had already spent a large sum of money with them they would have sent this cheaper, i rang to try and get some money off but policy policy, to me this is where buisnesses fasil to help the customer and are all about the money, thst said the oak flooring i put down was brilliant , so good product but not so good customer csre really
