“floor looks good but delivery could be a lot better driver not interested in any help at all and when boxes were opened there was some damage to flooring but i had ordered enougth to finish job”

“You have lots of options which is what I like, I know my floor will not take laminate as slight incline towards door not really noticeable but don't laminate would be good so the choice of other options is good”

“Excellent customer service and I received my samples swiftly. Unfortunately the selection of colours for parquet flooring was a bit limited so I won't be purchasing my flooring from 365 on this occassion. Thanks anyway!”

“Good value flooring but the substantial delivery cost is not worth paying. Took a day off work to wait in for a delivery on a named day which didn’t show up. When I contacted customer services I was told that this was not their fault and that this was a delivery partner issue. I was told that somebody would call me back to resolve the issue but this didn’t happen. The attitude of the customer service agent was very standoffish and gave the impression that no matter what the issue, their response would have been that 365 were not at fault.”

“Samples supplied, on placing the order delivery date was given and adhered to product good. Only failure was a missing glue which when I reported it a refund was quickly made.”
