“This company should be avoided. I ordered one pack of flooring. Shipping came up at £85 for a sub-£50 package. This seemed to be an error so I went onto chat to query it. I was told it was £85 due to the fact that even one box had to be shipped on a full pallet. The guy on chat then offered to put a price together and quoted £180 for shipping! He did not expIain that the online shipping price of £85 was an error. I'm not surprised! I naturally thought such craziness was a mistake and told him so. The chat ended. I was a little over a barrel on needing the flooring so reluctantly placed the order online with the online quoted £85 shipping, and the order was accepted and paid for. An hour later I received a call saying I needed to pay a further £95 shipping as that was the price quoted on chat, and was the minimum shipping price they could offer. When I called back and asked to speak to the owner his attitude was argumentative and insistent that because his chat agent quoted £180, that's what it was. 'Take it or leave it' in his words. No attempt to listen to the fact their online system must be wrong. Simply didn't care. Luckily I found another supplier who charged £45 for shipment. Delivery made perfectly. I have since read reviews and see I am not the only one getting a post-order call asking for an extra £95 on top of an already ridiculous £85 for a one-box shipment. Order at your peril! Or do what I did and find another supplier that is reasonable, sensible and not owned by a rude man with no customer consideration.”

“Avoid this company if you want good quality flooring and customer service for damaged items received. Russell Kitson is not an intern but actually the managing director. You would never have known from how he communicates. Go with a reputable flooring specialist, not these amateurs.”

“Absolutely dire company. Was forced to order more scotia when they under-measured our rooms at vast expense. The scotia then never arrived as the tube it came in had come open during transit - I only noticed weeks later when my builder came to install it and was then told I had to have reported it missing within 48 hours. I have had to reorder from a reputable company and pay additional amounts for my builder to reattend. Shocking customer service”

“Floor was cheap and discoloured, customer services advised it was my experienced fitters fault, took no responsibility. Wish we had read the terrible Google reviews before we had purchased from this firm!”

“Any samples ordered were received very quickly and Danielle telephoned to enquire if she could assist with anything further. I provided details of what I was looking for and she sent further samples. Danielle was extremely helpful and very pleasant.”

“Just received my order of in my eyes quite exspensive flooring which was deliverd with multible boards smashed to pieaces, the CS lady has told me that 15 to 20% will be wasted during fitting and they will send out a few replacments which ive expresses im not happy about as thats not what i paid for. I will send the whole batch back and expect a full refund, be carefull as they dont wont to do anything about damaged products and try to get the customer to work around it. I dont think so. The cheek of it, i paid for new flooring without any chips and cracked edges so thats what i xpect to arrive. Never will i purchase from this company again.....”

“I have used 365 6 years ago to floor our entire ground floor The result has been excellent However due to a roof leak I need to replace approximately 1 square metre of and I found the delivery cost of £85 totally disproportionate to the size of the order which is very disappointing”

“Avoid, had my flooring down for under 3 years and all the joints have been breaking away and cracking (view photos) which is supposed to last 15-20 years. Flooring arrived damaged, which they did replace but it's all added time and cost. The flooring is also not scratch proof which they claim. Contacted them about the issues and Russell Kitson comes across very rude and childish arguing back and forth and wish I had read more reviews on this company before purchasing as this is a common theme. Firstly blaming the fitters and then accusing me of fitting the floor myself which I wouldnt know where to start🤣 was quoted around £600 to pay for an inspection on their poor quality flooring and then they could possibly 'work with me' to resolve the issue. Basically replace it with the same poor flooring and the same to happen again. I'm sure Russell will comment how many meters he has sold of this below without any issues👇😴”

“Awful. I ordered nearly 70m2 of their engineered oaky flooring. It arrived and was stored until my fitter arrived. He started a few days ago and started finding several boards were badly damaged and unusable. I didn’t notice any damage when unpacking but clearly some packs had been dropped. I contacted the Company and because I hadn’t reported the damage within 48 hours after delivery they wouldn’t replace the boards. They said I should have inspected the boards. They basically expected me to open every one of the 27 boxes and check each individual board for damage, absolute joke! I’ve tried adding pictures to this review but couldn’t. I’ll send separately if you want to see the damage. Based on my experience with your customer card team I doubt very much that I’ll be contacted.”
