“Very happy with this company and product. As a retired carpenter / cabinet maker I would not hesitate to purchase from them. I only required a small quantity of T&G ok for a patch job and had to pay pallet delivery cost, but it got me out of a scrape, could not find a match locally. Fast and efficient service with the follow up to go with it.”

“So far not so good. Paid for express delivery and order didnt arrive. Asked for a refund for the difference between standard delivery and express was told it could take up to 14 days. Order was rescheduled for 3 days later and it still did not arrive. No phone call from flooring 365 to let me know what was happening, very disappointed. Had to cancel the joiner twice. Not good enough, have no idea when my flooring will arrive now.”

“The order arrived 1 hour later than they said it would (it was an issue as supposed to be delivered on a building site so I arranged to be there for 7am). But I phoned customer support and they were very friendly and helpful chasing the driver.”

“As soon as I placed my order I received a call from, sorry,. Was a little concerned as to the delivery, I was told shortage of drivers could delay it. But the following Monday delivery was confirmed. Delivered on time all very secure. Opened one and was pleased with the flooring. We have completed the largest room and over the moon. Can I warn any one with arthritic hands not to buy the large glue as after a while I was struggling, it may be cheaper for the large but two smaller is better.”
