“Awful customer service and experience. I paid £85 deliver and my flooring was delivered to the wrong place, resulting in me having to go and drive to collect this. Lug it all in and out of my car. I needed this to be delivered as arranged as due to be fitted the following day. I requested refund for delivery, as it wasn’t actually delivered to my house as paid for and agreed. Full refund of this not agreed by 365flooring. I am a loyal and returning customer but this seemed to make no difference to their decision. Never again… one to avoid.”

“When ordered sample there was a discount attached. No expiry date noted. When I went to order the flooring I was told the discount had expired so missed out on £250. Had a few calls and at no point did anyone say discount was ending. Delivery driver was great though”

“Good product, but some of it arrived damaged and I was told that this would not be replaced or refunded as it was "industry practice" to plan extra for wastage. While it's true that it's advisable to buy extra to deal with edges etc, it should not be used by the supplier as an excuse for refusing to replace damaged goods. As a result I will not be using Flooring365 again, nor will I be recommending their products to anyone I know who is planning to get new flooring. For the price of a single pack, this would've been a glowing 5* review.”

“lovely flooring, good size samples, and sensible prices as well. Thank you. I didn't buy anything because i was trying to find something as close to my oak staircase as possible to put on the landing, but nothing was close enough (the stairs have been in situ for several years!!”

“Wished we could have got all the boards we needed, just hoping the unfinished ones ( we've had to make shortfall up with ) will match in and not ruin the over all effect . It was a bit gutting as the sample looks just what we want ,lovely quality ....we just hope we can make it work.”
