“I ordered flooring on last day of sale Monday .Website was easy to navigate.I paid for delivery which was 2 to 3 days time.i was told to wait for telephone call from warehouse.Nothing happened for 7 days so i messaged customer service .They messagedto say warehouse will contact me if asked for refund they said flooring will be delivered Wednesday. Today is Tuesday 8 days after will see what happens tomorrow if anything.”

“Was nervous buying laminate online without seeing it in a shop. But I needn’t have worried. Absolutely love my flooring. Received a call within a couple of hours of ordering to arrange delivery. Delivery was on time. Be aware that it’s a curb side delivery so if you don’t have anyone strong to help to carry it in you may need to check with them before ordering.”

“Ordered flooring from this company on January paid it in full Was called the start of February with a detailed delivery date was called the following day to tell me they didn’t have my flooring in stock and weren’t sure they would get it back in Received my money back today the 5th of march shocking way too treat customers wouldn’t go near this company again Very dissatisfied customer”

“We chose the Barnsworth lacquered wood which turned out to make a wonderful floor. Great quality at a fraction of a price seen elsewhere, lovely warm colour and very easy to join together. When I called to amend the order and arrange delivery, Jeni was friendly and accommodating and everything was done swiftly. A great company to deal with and we're very happy with the wood.”

“i orderd 14 packs of flooring for a customer and i was a little short, i needed 2 more packs and had tp pay the exaturated ammount of £85.00 delivery for just 2 packs of flooring weighing approx 10 kilos to m this is a rip off as a courier would deliver for £20.00 and condiering i had already spent a large sum of money with them they would have sent this cheaper, i rang to try and get some money off but policy policy, to me this is where buisnesses fasil to help the customer and are all about the money, thst said the oak flooring i put down was brilliant , so good product but not so good customer csre really”

“Prices good, quality good, sadly had a whole unopened pack (near 3sqm) left that they would not accept as a return as I was "a few" days outside of the 14 day return period”
