Awful customer service and experience.
I paid £85 deliver and my flooring was delivered to the wrong place, resulting in me having to go and drive to collect this. Lug it all in and out of my car. I needed this to be delivered as arranged as due to be fitted the following day.
I requested refund for delivery, as it wasn’t actually delivered to my house as paid for and agreed.
Full refund of this not agreed by 365flooring.
I am a loyal and returning customer but this seemed to make no difference to their decision.
Never again… one to avoid.
