Good value flooring but the substantial delivery cost is not worth paying.
Took a day off work to wait in for a delivery on a named day which didn’t show up. When I contacted customer services I was told that this was not their fault and that this was a delivery partner issue. I was told that somebody would call me back to resolve the issue but this didn’t happen.
The attitude of the customer service agent was very standoffish and gave the impression that no matter what the issue, their response would have been that 365 were not at fault.
