When a hitch occurred re car rental Alasdair was brilliant as at the time I felt quite stressed. He completely put me at ease and assured me that he would sort everything and not to worry. Alasdair did exactly as he promised even keeping in touch while he was not in work, he really was a knight in shining armour . Fantastic customer service.
