We booked our holiday last year with Lilly. From the very start she helped me feel reassured and nothing was ever too much trouble. If I emailed with a question she would always respond quickly. We decided to upgrade our seats from Economy to Premium Economy and Lilly made sure she got us seats upstairs and we got a fantastic price too. I can’t thank Lilly enough and would not hesitate to book through Florida Masters in the future.
