I am trying to return an item which seems impossible! Their worry free returns is a joke, you get half way through and an error message comes up so you can’t complete.sent 3 messages but just get nondescript answers (same each time). They obviously don’t want returns even though they charge for them.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
