Je dois être malchanceuse, j’ai eu droit à un délai de livraison très long!!! Et les produits retournés parce que trop petits. Je suis tjrs dans l’attente du remboursement et cela depuis plus d’u mois!! On approche les 2 mois et tjrs rien. J’ai de gros doutes.

They have lovely pictures of their clothes on the website but in reality they are made using very cheap materials. When you try to return they want to offer you refunds rather than give you your money back and then if you don’t accept they take off postage costs so you end up losing approx £15 off your refund.

Ordered many products at really low prices. All as described, lovely quality, good fit I have had no problem with this company, but now prices have gone up, and not as much choice

How do I register 0 stars? Dress promoted as COTTON BLEND. Perhaps 1 thread per 1,000. The rest is polyester. No shape to garment and poor, poor quality.

I am trying to track my order number on flory days. I cannot track it and it is very bad service. I always have to wait four weeks for my orders and it says (24 hours delivery) fake advertising and I never can find a contact number or live chat. All I get is a reference number.

Do Not Order from this company! I ordered 3 blouses in April 2021. They were either a different size or different color than what I ordered. It was a difficult process trying to return them. Two months later, and I emailed someone who said they would refund me. Another month and email later, they sent me an attachment to PROVE the refund went out. It was bogus--someone just created a table and typed in some information. It did not look professional. The bottom line is that you are taking a big chance ordering from this company. You might get lucky like a few who got what they ordered. Otherwise, they will send you whatever they still have in a different size, different color, etc. They do NOT intend to REFUND you!

Stuck In Floryday Hell. I cannot believe that 6 months after they completely screwed up an order (2 months after the order it was not received and an empty package was tracked at a delivery company somewhere in the US) I am still being inundated with Marketing emails by this absolute joke of a company. It seems I just have to accept that they won't / can't remove me from any marketing lists... no explanation why, no explanation of what they are doing about it, no explanation of when this will be fixed... just an assurance that they will continue to harass me for as long as they want to. Surely there are laws about this? Be warned, it appears this relationship is for life, whether you want it or mot. ABSOLUTELY AMATEURISH JOKE OF A COMPANY. Very Hard To Return for Full Amount Order #3404497954 I bought two dresses from Floryday for a total price of $61.48 USD. Neither dress fit and I returned them. Rather than refunding 61.48, they refunded only 48.47 with no explanation. There was a three-week delay between items and there is a 14-day return requirement or no refund. I emailed them to ask what to do. Floryday sent an email saying," Reminder: Your order was shipped in two packages. For the other package(s) it is still in route. If you choose the return option, we suggest you wait for the arrival of the other package to avoid paying multiple return charges. Please rest assured that it will not affect your 14-days validity." I did exactly as I was directed and did not receive a full refund.

I’ve just received a dress exactly as described in website 5 days after order was placed For the price the quality is good I have no complaints and would order from this company again

I have read some very bad reviews on Floryday but can honestly say the two blouses I have had from this company are really lovely. Well made and delivery ,from ordering, was reasonable,approx 10 days. Only minor complaint being, both times I ordered XL and had to exchange for XXL, so garments do come slightly small.

The dress ordered was not the one shown on their website. The T-shirt was particularly cheap and nasty, I was unable to complain. The phone line is dead and the email was not accepted. I bought through PayPal, my first experience and I shan’t use them again. Because the company sent the garments they denied my complaint.

Hi recieved denim look dress, love it as a light weight dress, But for your customer reference it has been clicked with a bag i had over my shoulder , the morale of this is, dont us bag with anything on it ie zips .

Wrong colors. Cheap fabric. Quoted price was $17.00 & shipping . They charged Me $67.00. I can't get through for a refund. Do not buy from them.

I just bought 2 maxi dresses the same as 2 I purchased a year or so ago those were lovely nice material with stretch these 2 are cheap and nasty material nothing like the material of the identical dresses I bought from you before.Would not go out in them there so rubbish looking.Really unhappy was not expecting them to look so cheap and nasty.I cannot return as I cannot get out this is why I shop online.No more will I shop on here.

I am trying to return an item which seems impossible! Their worry free returns is a joke, you get half way through and an error message comes up so you can’t complete.sent 3 messages but just get nondescript answers (same each time). They obviously don’t want returns even though they charge for them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Do not buy anything from this Company. They do deliver rubbish quality and make money on delivery & return fee. I bought 3 items from them I had to send 2 items back. I paid nearly £10 for delivery and return fees for nothing. The one item kept was slippers but can able to use them for 2 weeks I had to throw away because it started getting ripped off. This was the first and last things buying from this company

FloryDay has beautiful clothing and the items I ordered were well made. They took at least a month to get them and now want to return 2 items that didn't fit .
