Hi recieved denim look dress, love it as a light weight dress, But for your customer reference it has been clicked with a bag i had over my shoulder , the morale of this is, dont us bag with anything on it ie zips .

FloryDay has beautiful clothing and the items I ordered were well made. They took at least a month to get them and now want to return 2 items that didn't fit .

I placed an order 3 months ago. I understand because of the virus etc I received two items which are very nice there was one item left. I chased this and eventually I suggested if u could no send it refund my money. This was a week ago. I hope my refund its been dealt with and I will place an order again to see how long it will take to deliver.

I’m not impressed with this website at all anymore and I’ve made it very clear to everyone I know to stay away I’ve showed how cheap the products are now and I still like to get my necklace I ordered back in December Not that I’ll ever get it but he code on the necklace was 118-1791

The blouse I ordered is beautiful. With that, I am very pleased. The problem is the ridiculous time it took to arrive. For that reason, I will be hesitant to order.

Hi, I like your some of your clothing. Unfortunately, however, mot of the purchases I have made need to be altered so I am paying extra. I am a XS or in some cases XXS and I find limited clothing on line from Floryday that actually fits me perfectly. Thank you

Unfortunately, the last purchase I made did not match the measurements shown. It was more like an XS than an XL. I am now wary of ordering more items as this is not the first time this has happened. Those that have been sized correctly I am well satisfied with. Linda.

I had previously written a very negative review as, after almost two months, I hadn't received the item I had ordered and paid in advance. I had tried to contact Floryday several times, but got no answer. Yet, after my negative review, I was contacted and given the refund. Given these premises, I cannot say that I am super happy with Floryday and its service but at some point they really started to care - even though that happened only after the negative review.

I watched all the floryday try on reviews - each of you where sent clothes from this company -at their request. I would like you to be like the rest of us and order online and then review the time it took and quality of the product and then try and refund or return goods.Floryday obviously sends you the best to try - so explore all avenues before reviewing

Received my third dress purchased not long ago.Though happy to have at least gotten it I wonder why the fabric is so thin in all the dresses.You are paying quite a bit and the fabric should be better quality.Probably will not purchase again.

Hi Flroyday resolved my problem fully but I would agree it was rather stressful initially. I wanted to return my garment as it wasnt a good fit. AS there was no return address I tried to contact several ways to find the address out and it became totally frustrating. However I eventually just replied to their initial email that they had sent me with confirmation of my order I received an automatic reply and then 2 days later a customer service reply. They are to refund and have told me to keep product to save cost of return. Couldn't ask more than that. I think they could resolve the bad reviews by providing the return address and having a simple process for returning products it works for most companies. I thank them though for resolving my problem

Received the first dress but still waiting for the second dress.First dress was okay but not worth $80.. probably will never see second dress. Took a chance.Too bad..stores are closing endlessly all over and hear the same complaint..no where to buy nice dresses and this is what happens when ordering online.

My second purchase with Floryday, first was okay, but I thought it didn’t look quite the same as advert, now the second order is definitely not the same! And is quite vivid, I hope I wear it, but no more ordering from Floryday for me!!

They are a scum...am still trying to investigate them...I ordered an item over a month ago that was meant to reach me btwn 5 to 9 days. Their tracking system is bogus too. If anyone has any infor about them please get in touch...like I said they r under investigation with consumer trade My number is UK 07450976898

Bought 2 pairs of sandals. Both described as leather. Both lovely and very comfortable. But neither was leather. I hadn’t really expected leather sandals at such a low price. Pity they Feel they have to lie to sell shoes. Also a pity that the trades description act doesn’t apply to China. Wake up China, we’ll buy plastic shoes! No need to lie to us!
