“Do not buy from this company I have text and still no dress I ordered April 9 and even after trying to get someone to help me ,no luck it is now the last day of April NO DRESS. Don't buy anything from them. I can't even get my money back!!!!!!!!”

“I have to say the communication with Flory day was good. The dress arrived on time, but the quality was pretty awful. The photo had looked really good, but the dress was shapeless and the material very flimsy and creased. It didn't hang well. The low quality of the item would put me off ordering from them again. The return process was more complicated than all other companies I have dealt with, but the amount was refunded back into my Paypal account.”

“I purchased the tartan casual shirt, size small. And then read the reviews!! So didn’t hold out much hope at being happy with my order!! However today it arrived and I must say after a long 12 day wait, I’m happy with the fit and quality so I can’t comment on a returns procedure. I do feel the p&p was expensive, especially having to wait 12 days which isn’t really acceptable in today’s internet shopping!”

“Buyers Beware!!!!! I finally received my order today and was very disappointed. The items I ordered were/is being advertised as embroidered and they are just cheap looking printed fabrics! I will never buy from them again. Also, another shady thing they advertise is that you will receive order in 7 to 8 days NOT. That time frame is once your order make it to the US. It takes about 3 weeks. So very angry 😡😡😡😡😡”

“Beware of dress size. Dress was beautiful and looked exactly as in online picture but nowhere near the extra large size I ordered; my daughter who’s a size 10 could just about get it on. Returns policy was complicated as was told I could have a larger size but I already had XXL. I think they’re catering for Filipino sizes. It’s a shame, as I would have bought a lot more from this site if they could have got the size right.”
