some one got into my bank after using your site.pay pal woudnt go thro so I had to sign using my card.i found out in time and got my money back . be carefull.

Having purchased a number of garments on line from FloryDay I can only say do NOT waste your time and money shopping here..I'm sorry to say only a couple of the garments I purchased are anything like their photographic representation or description..the fabrics are generally of very poor quality so thin they hang very badly and do not move well as they seem to in the photos..out of all the garments I've regretably purchased I am only able bit to wear one or two blouses..the dresses are awfulI sent them to the junk shop..

Sizing varies so much. Bought some items and when I had to return the items I didn’t want it was to time consuming. I’ll never buy again from FloryDay.

considering both items were supposed to be the same size, one was massive, the other would just button up !!! I think the best thing about this company is that they return your money quickly. Shame its not run better as they have some pretty items. I would not use again nor recommend.

Took over 3 weeks to get this swimsuit, the bottoms wouldn’t cover a baby’s rear, and the color and pattern was not what I ordered. If I knew it was being shipped out of China, I would not have ordered it. I had to email customer service and received a prompt reply, but their tracking service stinks; better to use the USPS tracking. Big disappointment, can’t wear the bottoms, the top fits ok but again, not as ordered. 😖

HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PARCEL. IT SAID 5 TO 9 DAYS THIS IS OVER A FORTNIGHT NOW. READING OTHER REVIEWS THIS MIGHT NOT BE TOO LONG!!! WANTED MY ORDER TO WEAR TO AN OCCASiON BUT ALAS.

The dress was badly made from cheap fabric, it was absolutely awful! Also the returns procedure is not straight forward.

I received my item, it took just over one week in total which was good in comparison to some reviews. My disappointment came when courier requested a further payment of €24.39 before they could deliver. Apparently this was due to honour taxes /duty?? There was no mention of it being sent from overseas which would incur such costs which meant my item cost up on €80!! The dress is ok-ish but not worth the amount paid or even half that amount. *Beware*

Rather poor quality, according to their cheap prices! The 3 refund options are fair, and execution was correct. Delivery costs to high however...

Shipping took forever. The dress is not like it looks in the photos and not as described. The fabric is cheap and the sewing quality poor. It really wasn't a good deal and especially not a good deal in terms of quality and service. Don't bother ordering from them--you'll be disappointed.

i am trying to send dresses back that are to wide . They don,t need to give me money but put a credit on my account . 24 hours is not being respected and its a shame . The dresses are usually great and they really should work on their aftersale

Ridiculous returns policy, wastes so much of their time ! They did respond quickly though and after 4 or 5 email exchanges and having to upload photo of posting proof I received the money back minus postage, via paypal This is such an old fashioned way to deal with customers. They need to put return label into the original parcel as other companies do. I shall never buy from them again because of the hassle in returning an item, if they had a policy similar to other companies I would certainly buy again. They must lose so much custom from people not making repeat orders.

STAFF MUST BE COLOUR BLIND CREAM IS NOT WHITE. COLOUR OF ADVERT IS PURE WHITE. NOT CREAM. AFRAID TO RETURN FOR REFUND LOOKING AT PROBLEMS OTHER CUSTOMERS HAVE HAD.
