You are not likely to hear back just like they ignore everyone!! I wish I'd seen the reviews & post BEFORE they stole my money!! Most companies do not charge until the order is fulfilled & shipped but these guys had contacted my bank less than an hour after I ordered...they are scammers! Such a shame, bcuz the clothes advertised where super cute but the co. Is FAKE & run by THIEVES! THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED!!!@

My name is Faith Shibambo, I have emailed Floryday today 1/4/2021 about a parcel that have been sent back to them from Osborne Park, Western Australia by the main Australian post because the address was confusing. I was promised 20% coupon when I contacted Floryday in March because the very parcel did not arrive since deal made on 19/2/2021. They maintained that the parcel was on the way to P O Box 420 Osborne Park. 6917. I have just received a response with a promise of $125 coupon. My request in the mail was for them to resend the parcel because it has been paid for.I also requested assistance about the 20% coupon to compensate for the delayed delivery. I ordered 3 items but never got an order confirmation. The order arrived with no paperwork enclosed, so I still have no order number. The goods are not of the standard I expected I wish to return them but cannot get an address for returns. Nor do I know the cost of the items I ordered as there was no invoice with the goods. I have not received a response to my email. Please let me know what you intend to do about this.

How can I post a review here? I would like to warn potential buyers that these good reviews are not likely to be legitimate. The product you will receive will look nothing like the online photos, and if they send you the wrong product, they will not do the honest thing and reimburse you.

I submitted the return form for 2 items that I do not want on 12/03/2019. The answer i got was - they will respond within 48 hours with the return information. I have checked my spam/trash/junk mail. How can Floryday loose details of my order on my account? There’s nothing there to show I’ve ordered even though it’s been paid. I cancelled my order. You sent it anyway. You put no NAME on the packaging thus I had to OPEN it to see what was insider and from whom it came. Now I HAVE TO PAY for a cancelled order. You follow an unethical business model. Order number 021369908486 Also your drop down menu for return information doesn't work correctly. Your marketing team is good. Your delivery, reliability, product is awful. I hope you either shift gears a little or go out of business.

RE: Order # 023955174966. Ticket # 5939144947/ I received the order for dresses # 23955 & 14497. When received I was dissatisfied with the garments. Not only was the quality of the workmanship shoddy but the material was definitely not what I expected from the picture shown on your catalog. I did everything you required in packaging the dresses to return to you/ on 8/27/19 and after receiving two very dismissive emails from you, the last one stating that you had closed out my ticket but no mention of refund. I assumed that I would be getting a refund soon after that .Those emails were the last I heard from you. I looked for a phone number but couldn't find one. Not only was the workmanship poor but the dresses arrived too late for my daughter's wedding, so I was left with a rushed shopping trip to find another dress that I really didn't want. Like some other opinions that I have read, I am not the only one who finds that your Customer Support is lacking. It has been extremely difficult finding this space for comments. You have made it almost impossible to find out how to reach you.This has been a thoroughly disappointing incident and I expect a refund on my credit card and a letter of explanation and apology.for the experience I and obviously others have experienced. I don't spent over $90.00 for anything where it is impossible to call someone at a stateside number.

What carrier does your delivery? I used your tracking system, it said it was shipped, I received a notice on my door of the carrier, I was not home at the time. The slip that was on my door said “first attempt” was delivered by an unknown carrier, left a phone number, I called but no answer, kept calling everyday and still no answer. And the carrier never came by again.
