Shocked customer who's now suspicious. I couldn't even write a proper review of the popular coat I bought on their website because I wasn't a member and thus they didn't have my purchase saved in their system. There's a lot of polite language and kind emails, but it really isn't very helpful... working on my return right now and I am discovering that. Lots of complicated hoops to jump through.
