I ordered two outfits. Delivery was as expected. One outfit was perfect, good quality and suited me well. Other was a dress and wrap. Unfortunately in two very different sizes, even though packed together. I contacted customer services. After a few prompt messages back and forth during which they gave me alternative options re money back or replacement they sent me a new outfit and told me to keep the original! The size of dress and wrap matched and looked lovely. I like their website as clothes are more unusual and interesting than most in UK. I hope to order more, so I'll see how it goes. So far I have been impressed with customer service.
