Item was nothing like it appeared. Trying to return item has been a nightmare. They received the item and still have not refunded my money. No one to speak to about any of it. Just keep getting a run around on some stupid chat. Extremely unhelpful customer service. Would not even give them one star. Just lost over $70 and don't even have the item. Could have donated it to charity.
Beyond frustrating.
