I will NEVER order from this company again. My son is getting married over Mother's Day weekend. I was searching for my mother of the groom dress and stumbled upon Floryday. I found two dresses that I thought would be perfect for the day. It was beginning of February when I found them. One dress was a 'Pre-Order' product and the other they had in stock. I ordered them on 2/21/19 and the money was immediately taken from my account. I received confirmation of the order and started the waiting process for shipment. Finally I received notification the order had shipped. I went in and started watching the tracking only to find out that the 'Pre-Order' dress wasn't shipping and they would be returning my money for that. They did return the money and I went back to waiting. As I watched the tracking information it NEVER changed. I then mid-March contacted the company via email and was told that once the items were in the states (the shipment started in China) that the tracking would change. WRONG!!! Side note: Even as I looked today the tracking information has NEVER been updated!!! So, I waited a few more days and started emailing back/forth with the company. The only thing they did well was communicate to me via the email. The time for receiving the item was ridiculous. I just, on Monday, April 15th, received my item which was to be here in 10 business days. UNACCEPTABLE. I was in a position that I had to then start shopping again and actually found a dress somewhere else. I told the company I didn't want the item and their answer was to give me a "coupon" to shop at their company. NEVER did they offer to give me back my money until I DEMANDED they reimburse me. Even then, which I actually understand, did they not agree to do so until I actually received my item. Still, once I received their option was to let me keep the item and just give me a "coupon" which is basically a credit for me to shop with them again, which WOULD NOT be happening. After multiple requests I settled with keeping the item and getting 75% of my money back via the same method I paid it. They were prompt in giving me back my money, but it took me time to get them to actually give me the $ back. As for the quality of the item ..... it does NOT fit, the quality is NOT good, it is very flimsy in the way it is made and I will probably cut the rest of my losses and just put it in the bin for Goodwill. Hopefully someone else can use it. I will NOT be using this company ever again in the future. I have purchased many items online and I have had them come from overseas and never have I experienced something so irritating and frustrating as I did with this company. Anybody who orders from them, I hope you have a better experience than I did. But I'd warn you to not order something you want for a specific event or by a specific time because it WILL NOT happen. Whatever you order, I hope it is something you can wait for it to arrive and not car when it happens.
