1. Products Ship from CHINA.
2. Shipping from CHINA crates package tracking issues with incorrect status information. Their website states "Received Goods" when my order is still in China, 10 days after ordering!
3. Chat help is GARBAGE. They don't read and they supply only canned answers. "Don't worry, the website may be mistaken. Your products will show up".
I for one will never order from them again. I really don't care how good the products are, with this kind of service - it's just not worth my time.
