I just called to get refund info. Was told that my account was compromised so I could not get refund. that is absolute BS!! My bank told me they are disputing the charges and will do all they can to get me a refund. Here's Floryday's phone number and good Luck!! 855-640-8444. If they do not help you phone your bank.
