I ordered 2 dresses a couple of years ago and they were to small, floryday replaced them with no problem. I have recently ordered another dress but was getting a little concerned after reviews, but it arrived today just as the picture and lovely material although I am a size 12/14 but did have to order a large. I have read many negative reviews but I can only go on my own experience
