Ordered top €22.40. Paid express shipping and handling fee €17.91. Total should be €40.31. Got email today saying I owe DHL an additional €21.88 which is made up of an advanced payment of €14.50 Plus a payment of €7.38 for vat at import. Total for top now stands at €62.19. Needless to say I won't be paying this.
