I was a customer from the UK. I ordered a number of items delivery was about two and half weeks, I was informed of this when I ordered.
The items come up a little larger than uk sizes. I decided that only three of the items fitted and I would need to send the others back.
I would say the quality of clothes is on a par with Dorothy Perkins.
I contacted Floryday as per instructions to return goods. They give you three options to return goods. They offered me to keep goods and returned the money on the items that were unsuitable. They responded promptly and money returned quickly. I would highly recommend this company I found them to be attentive and prompt in their communication.
