I ordered a blouse from FloryDay, on the 3rd of August, sadly it did not fit me, so I returned it, and was told it would take about 14 days to refund me. It is now the 1st of October, and I still have not received the refund. I have tried to email them and have had no luck, the email will not go through. I've spent hours on their chat line, but there hands are tied, and they can not give me a suitable answer.
