Forget returns....you buy it period.
My final order from floryday arrived yesterday. The quality of the fabric was unwearable. The sizes were erratic and the quality of the dresses was nothing like the web photos.
All things considered each item was overpriced. The best part of the delivery was the packaging. So sad bc early on I received several items which I enjoyed.
