Ordered for my mum. When the flowers arrived, they looked perfect, exactly as pictured. However, it became clear very quickly that old blooms had been used. By the next day, five of the flowers had completely wilted and needed to be thrown away. By day five, the entire arrangement was dead and in the bin. I emailed the company with images on day two to raise the issue, but received no response. It's now been over a week, and I've still heard nothing. There are plenty of reliable flower delivery services out there, and I’ve used many of them with no issues. I’ll be going back to them and will never use this company again. I strongly advise others to do the same.
