The flowers themselves were beautiful, but overall, the experience was disappointing — especially considering how expensive it was. I paid for same-day delivery and was given an official delivery window of 5 to 8 PM, with extra reassurance that the flowers would arrive between 6 and 7 PM.
In the end, they didn’t reach the recipient until after 9 PM — missing the birthday entirely. When you pay a premium, it’s not just for the product but for the reliability of the service, and that promise wasn’t kept.
A couple of hours delay might not seem major, but when timing is the whole point — and you’re charged accordingly — it really matters. The late delivery took away the meaning of the gesture. Lovely flowers, but not an experience I’d trust again.
