In the end, they didn’t reach the recipient until after 9 PM — missing the birthday entirely. When you pay a premium, it’s not just for the product but for the reliability of the service, and that promise wasn’t kept. A couple of hours delay might not seem major, but when timing is the whole point — and you’re charged accordingly — it really matters. The late delivery took away the meaning of the gesture. Lovely flowers, but not an experience I’d trust again.
