The flowers that were delivered were in a very bad condition the water in the plastic wrapping was clearly old as it was very smelly. I called the number on the card and very calmly told them of my displeasure. I was asked to email the complaint which I did with very precise photos. I again calmly asked for replacement flowers or a refund to my future daughter in law who sent the flowers. The reply came back I could have £10 pff my next purchase. Why would I ever have any dealings with this company again? So very disappointing.
