BEWARE! DO NOT USE
I bought flowers from them on Sunday only to be sent a photo of DEAD FLOWERS from the person I had sent them to ON DAY3. I sent this photo to them to which they DID NOT APOLOGISE for the embarrassment caused by sending such poor quality flowers and worse than that tried to wriggle out of it by saying if I had told them on day 2 they MIGHT have done something! NOWHERE in the Baker St shop do they state damaged or poor quality must be advised within 2 days. I explained I had not had this situation before and at the very least the correct thing to do would be have been to apologise, however they had no interest to do this. I asked to speak to the owner and was told they couldn't be sure he would call me! POOR BUSINESS
