Most disappointing experience ever. My partner ordered flowers almost two weeks before Valentine's Day to surprise me. Paid extra for an early day delivery, and not only they missed the time schedule required, but also delivered a DAY later. Considering flower arrangements are the most searched item on this date, it is pretty disappointing that this store failed to do the one job they are required for. Left us with no answer, and no communication until the morning after. Never ordering from here again. Don't trust their service!
