Ordered valentines flowers from flower… Ordered valentines flowers from flower box London 5 days before Valentine’s Day and paid extra postage to make sure they arrived on the 14th February before 2pm. Received a message from the courier (DHL) saying they were delayed and won’t be delivered until the next following day (today 15th feb), got in touch with flower box to say that this is unacceptable, received an quick response apologising for this and they will look into it, however since then I have sent 2 emails so far but they are getting ignored now. Went to track the parcel today and it said delivery would be between 11:15-12:00, it is now 15:15 and still no sign of these flowers arriving, website tracking now says it ‘should’ be today??? I know the courier company is responsible for delivery but flowerbox are now ignoring my emails and not helping in any way to get to the bottom of this, surely customer relations are important for successful running of a company! Extremely disappointed in my first order from flowerbox especially as it was an expensive order, would not recommend or use this company again 😡😡 **UPDATE** Order arrived at 7pm with an email received from flower box 3 mins after delivery saying hopefully they will be delivered as per the couriers instructions (coincidence 🤔🤔??) and they are totally distancing themselves from any responsibility and were totally unwilling to help out with this order, any future customers should beware as customer service is non existent from flower box.
