Firstly, I paid extra for the exact date delivery, but to my utter dismay, the flowers never arrived on the specified day. It was a special occasion, and I had hoped to surprise my loved one with a beautiful bouquet, but instead, all I got was disappointment. The lack of punctuality and failure to meet the promised delivery date reflects poorly on the company's professionalism and reliability. To make matters worse, the cake that I had specifically ordered was nowhere to be found. It seemed to have dissipated into thin air, leaving me puzzled and frustrated.
