Absolutely awful company! My suspicion is that most of the positive reviews are fake. They are charging world record prices (more than £12 for a single stem of peonies) but the flowers they deliver are not even fresh and they last a few days only. If you complain, they deliberately misrepresent all the facts (in a very skillful manner). Avoid this company at all cost! Their customer services manager, Tatiana Mendes, is especially bad. She would be a valuable addition to any company that relying lies and deceit.
