Ordered flowers on 15th June for delivery on 21st June (50th wedding anniversary) flowers never arrived. I have sent 3 e-mails asking where they are. As when I phone, an answer machine informed me they are so busy, e-mail them and cuts me off.
And now they ask for my experience!!!
Then they ask was it delivered on time and by whom. Will I use this company again or recommend them? NO!!!
