“Awful. Order was not delivered. I was promised a full, immediate refund but 9 days later I'm still waiting for this. Their communication is very poor. I've had to hand the matter to my bank's fraud department to try to get a resolution. Avoid.”

“Flowers were an absolutely wonderful, my sister in law was over the moon with them. I left instructions for the delivery as they were to go to a fairly remote area and they got there after following my directions to a tee! Well done to thst driver! 👍”

“The first time I ordered a bouquet it did not arrive BUT it was MY fault for not checking my junk folder. When I contacted Flower Shop Network they could not have been helpful and sent them immediately and they were lovely.”

“Flowers could not be delivered on day arranged. Not notified of this until arranged day of delivery. The were then delivered the next day which missed the recipient's 60th birthday so this was very disappointing and embarrassing.”

“Ordered them as a gift for my mum as she’s had a turbulent 6 months and I wanted to put a smile back on her face. Was told they’d be delivered the same day which is what I wanted. Emailed them the same morning after placing the order and didn’t get a reply until the next day, only to be told they couldn’t deliver them as promised! They were delivered a day late which ruined the surprise and left me very upset! Emailed again to voice my frustration and to be reimbursed axcliedongly. They emailed with what seemed like a template email which lacked any sentiment and to be offered a derisory refund of £6.99 for the delivery charge - yet they still charged me £2.99 for standard delivery! Avoid at all costs as they do not live up to their promises and the customer service is appalling! I’ll be using local florists and support the local community from now on and not heartless national companies like this who lack empathy!”

“I ordered the large Arcadia Basket so that my friend would not have to arrange the flowers into a vase. However the flowers were delivered bouquet style in a box. Not what I had ordered! I had carefully chosen & paid for a basket of flowers. I have emailed photos from your website & my friends photograph & my complaint by separate email & I look forward to your reply & explanation.”

“Ordered a Funeral wreath to be delivered in 2 days time, money was taken from my account, the next day received an email informing me they were unable to complete the order due to a lack of available florists. Requested a refund which took an inordinate amount of time to process and was only fulfilled after threatening to go through the Small Claims court. I strongly recommend reading reviews on independent websites before placing an order with this company.”

“I ordered flowers for Monday 13th, I asked for an early delivery and received no reply that you couldn’t give a delivery time. I then requested a delivery next day at the billing address which was done and the flowers were very nice. So it’s partly my fault, I should have asked for delivery over the weekend while we were still in Abingdon. I would however, use your service again.”
