“The order wasn't delivered on the day it should. I tried phoning Flower Shops Network, but they didn't answer. I tried 3 times, sometimes waiting for 20 minutes. I emailed 3 times - no reply. I contacted their customer service (which on the website said they had an amazing team) and again no reply. The order was delivered, 9 days late.”

“Please don't use this company as the customer service is extremely poor. They delivered a poor quality bunch of flowers 2 weeks early! The flowers delivered were not as pictured and definitely not to the value of what I paid £70. The flowers were delivered the day after I ordered them. When I tried to call to tell them of the delivery date mistake, there is no answer. The recipient was away and a neighbour had to take them in. I have not received a satisfactory explanation in response to my emails. Appalling service.”

“They contacted me and kept me informed regarding my order and flowers were delivered as advised. Was not impressed with the on line application form I didn't like the way it muddled up my bill paying address with the recipients address all rather strange, my advice is check and double check.”
