“You didn't do the same day delivery that I paid a lot if money for. You didn't deliver at all and you haven't given a refund 10 days later. Your phone line doesn't work and emailing the address of the website doesn't work. Unless demonstrated otherwise to me, appears to be a scam website.”

“My order was not delivered to recipient. Seems the order was passed on incorrectly to Poppies Florist Liverpool and they refuse to accept any responsibility despite numerous interactions. So I would not recommend either of these companies if you want a successful delivery.”

“My order was for flowers and a box of chocolates. The flowers arrived on time but not the chocolates. I notified Flower Shops but had no reply. After many attempts to telephone and also to email there was not a courtesy of a response. I requested a refund for the chocolates (£12.99) but the request was ignored. I am extremely disappointed in your service and can never recommend it to other future customers. Is cheating customers your way of making good business??”

“Saw a post on the front page 'fresh and reliable', not in my case. Took my order for next day but on the day they didn't tell me till 2pm.they couldn't deliver. Offered to deliver next day with free delivery and then just refunded my money and stopped replying. Won't use again.”

“I placed an order with Flower Shops Network on 24 August for flowers to be delivered on 26 August for my wife Kay’s 70th birthday. I paid £88.98. On the morning of the delivery I tried repeatedly to contact them by telephone and spent around half an hour trying to get through. I eventually reached an automated service which told me to press * for an operator, but I was still unable to speak to anyone. I emailed them asking for urgent confirmation that the flowers would be delivered. At 12:35pm on my wife’s birthday I received an email stating “No florist available” and confirming that they were unable to process the order that day. I was extremely disappointed that they accepted an order for such an important occasion and only told me at lunchtime on the delivery day that they had no florist available. This left me having to find replacement flowers at very short notice. They have said that the full £88.98 will be refunded within 3–5 business days. I will update this review once I know whether the refund has been received.”

“Be very careful when ordering flowers through this company. I ordered a large jewel gift box costing £58.98p plus £8.99p for delivery on Friday 7th August for my wife to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. I ordered these first thing in the morning as their website said, same day delivery, the money was deducted from my bank account and I had an email stating that my order was being processed. The bouquet did not arrive that day or the next. I tried ringing them on the number on their website and got the message that I was number 1 in the queue and to hold and my call would be answered. After 3/4 of an hour I hung up. I tried phoning again later with the same response. I then emailed them expressing my disappointment only to receive a reply saying that they were unable to process my order as they had no available florists in my area. Why then did they: 1. Acknowledged taking my order in the first place. 2. Debit my bank account. 3. Inform me immediately that they could not fulfill my order so that I could have used another company. They’ve promised a full refund but that will take a while to come through. So take care.”

“What a joke. I ordered flowers for £60.00 and received a bunch worth no more than a £5.00 Intaflora need to sort these offspring companies out as it’s getting them a bad reputation. For some unknown reason I cannot upload a picture of the flowers for everyone to laugh at. Do not use this company.”
