“Today is 5/6/2026. I've been waiting since the 1st May for a refund on flowers I paid for that could not be delivered. I've sent 4 emails asking what the problem is with the refund and not got a satisfactory answer.”

“I ordered flowers for the funeral of a dear friend. I gave Flower Shops Network over 2 weeks notice. They took the payment immediately. On the morning of the funeral they sent me an email saying 'no florist available'. It was too late for me to arrange anything else. I'm still waiting for a refund. Appalling service. If I could give zero stars I would have. I tried to call them on the phone, it goes to a message. They do not respond to emails.”

“As with many of the reviews - ordered flowers, account debited and then email received saying a florist was unavailable and a refund would be in my account within 5-10 working days. Needless to say this has not arrived as yet, despite assurance given by Flower Shops Network via numerous emails. Have contacted my bank today to ask for a possible recharge. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering!!”

“My only advice is to steer clear of Flower Shops Network. The pattern seems to repeat when I read other customers' reviews. Flowers ordered for delivery on Mother's Day, payment debited in advance, last minute message to say no florists available , offer to deliver later, useless in view of the event, or a full refund... which never arrived despite reminders. Finally my bank returned the funds by chargeback.”

“If I could I would give them 0 stars and 0 customer service. I paid for a birthday flowers for £75 next day delivery. 0 delivery, money took straight away. They say it takes upto 5-10 business day for a refund yet im still waiting 20 days later. Id highly refuse thir business. Terrible experience 0”

“This company failed to deliver my order….twice. They apologised and promised to refund my payment……a month later despite numerous emails I am still owed £118.98 or Australian $224.20. They do not answer their phones. They are heartless. How do they manage to stay in business?”

“Ordered flowers on a Wednesday to arrive on the Friday paid. Got an email at Lunch time Friday to say they didn't have a florist available to deliver so they would refund my money - still waiting for the money. Would not recommend when you try calling they dont answer the phone.”

“You broke your "promise" to deliver saying you could not find a local florist to deliver on time. I asked you by email to deliver whenever you can the next day and got no response. I called your helpline and was told I am "first in queue and to hold to be connected" I waited 20 minutes on an International line and gave up. Terrible and disappointing non-existent service. And you are still holding my payment.”

“Avoid this site at all costs. I paid for flowers to be delivered on the same day 4 days ago and they have yet to arrive. When I tried to phone them I was kept on hold for 40 mins saying I was number 2 in the queue. When I did get through there was no operator. Have left an email too. This company is a scam I believe. I’ll try to get my money back from my credit card, but reading the reviews on trust a trader I’m under no illusions that this is a legitimate company”

“Awful. Order was not delivered. I was promised a full, immediate refund but 9 days later I'm still waiting for this. Their communication is very poor. I've had to hand the matter to my bank's fraud department to try to get a resolution. Avoid.”

“Flowers were an absolutely wonderful, my sister in law was over the moon with them. I left instructions for the delivery as they were to go to a fairly remote area and they got there after following my directions to a tee! Well done to thst driver! 👍”
