“I was responsible for organising flowers from my family for my sister's 50th Wedding Anniversary (Golden!) which was the theme of the gifts as well. I selected a beautiful arrangement from the website and whilst I am fully aware and accept that florists aren't always able to completely duplicate a display due to season etc., the arrangement that was sent bore no resemblance to what my sister received. They gave me the impression they were put together last minute with whatever the shop had available, you wouldn't had known they were for a 'Golden' anniversary even though there was a 'clue' on the message card. Some of the flower heads were top heavy and the display looked messy. I was so embarrassed that I had arranged this as a family gift from my mum and other sisters as I had shown them a picture of what I'd ordered then they saw what she received.”

“Incredibly poor communication Sent me an email at 13.40 on the day of delivery, to explain no florist available to deliver my flowers. 1.40pm? is this a joke? This left absolutely no chance whatsoever to rearrange replacement flowers. One very unhappy wife. Really poor service, will definitely not be using again.”

“Terrible value for money- would definitely not recommend. I spent £120 on “indulgence” for my mums 92nd birthday. Not only was the bouquet very disappointing but the flowers didn’t even arrive on the day that was requested (with 3 days notice).”

“I ordered a large basket of flowers to be delivered on the 12th September. By the 14th September the flowers hadn't arrived . I contacted the flower shops network to be told they had missed my order and that they would deliver flowers in a hat box because they were sold out of baskets. The flowers arrived just before 6pm on the 14th September, completely the wrong coloured flowers to what l ordered. I had to put one star because it wouldn't let me continue, but, l would give them a minus. This cost me nearly £70 with the delivery. Disgraceful”
