“I am surprised that the rating here is anything other than one! My flowers were not delivered even though the site says they were! I have requested a refund and will investigate further why you are still allowed to operate. Ironically, I received the email to provide a rating today! Sort yourself out or stop trading!”

“I was in hospital and wanted some flowers for my wife. I ordered one of the standard bouquets for delivery to her school. It was delayed by a day because no one had the stock which I understand. The flowers arrived the following day. Yes they looked nice but they bore no resemblance to what I ordered. There was 1 single rose 3 Gerbera 3 stocks 5 golden rod and some leaves. The Gerbera lasted 24 hours and the bouquet 48 hours. Yes it was warm when it was delivered but I would have expected a bouquet which with delivery cost me £58.98 does not represent value for money - very disappointing!!”

“First you failed to deliver the flowers on the correct date. Then you said you were waiting for me to respond to an email that I never actually received. When the flowers arrived they were nothing like those advertised. I emailed a complaint and never received a reply. Yesterday I received a confirmation of the delivery, almost three weeks later.”

She sent me a picture of them and they were absolutely beautiful and your service was second to none. “Paid for flowers for a relative from Australia in June, got an email to state was not able to get the flowers delivered so they would issue a refund......3 weeks today and still no refund has been processed despite chasing then 3 times now.....very bad service”

“Awful. Agreed the flowers would be delivered yesterday. Received an email confirming that they had been delivered. Checked this morning. They hadn't. Called, no answer. Emailed. No answer. About 1pm today delivered. Too late. I refused to accept them. Now trying to get a refund.”

“This was a gift for my wife's 50th birthday and I specifically requested it for 3rd July in the am. I made this request on 1st July. I requested am delivery as we were going away for the weekend. I left my home at 1pm on the 3rd. I believe looking at the footage of my Ring doorbell they were delivered at 19:37 on the evening of the 3rd. This is not even close to an am delivery. I order flowers frequently from different sellers but I would not recommend your company to anyone.”

“Flowers dident get delivered till the 3rd of July . I couldn’t get in touch with you . So I thought it was a con . And I orderd other flowers from some one else’s and after that . The flowers that I ordered for the second come on the third of July . Very disappointed”

“Never again. Flowers didn’t look like the photo and I even paid extra for extra flowers to be added to the standard size. This was supposed to be a bright uplifting arrangement and instead was full of cheap green filler leaves. Tried calling customer service, phone number fake. Tried emailing them and email wouldn’t send because it’s a fake too. Tried uploading photos to this review and surprise surprise it won’t work either.”
