“Disappointing service. I ordered the flowers on a Friday for delivery on the Saturday. They arrived on the Monday.”

“The basket my aunt received was NOTHING like the photo of what we ordered. What she got was mostly inexpensive greenery, a few roses , some carnations, gerberas and some other flowers I don't know the name of. We ordered the Autumn brights large basket which shows a lot of roses and a lovely yellow/purple display. My siblings and I were horrified when my aunt sent the photo of what she received and frankly embarrassed. We won't use Flower Shops Network again.”

“The flowers were for an anniversary gift. They arrived on time and were absolutely beautiful, a large variety of blooms in perfect condition. My daughter is still saying how wonderful they are. “I had ordered a large bouquet and what was delivered was clearly a small. I have tried to contact the company to get it fixed or a refund but the are not responding to any emails. Information on their website is misleading and out of date. Local florists have stopped using them as they reduce the order before it gets to them to pocket more money. Very poor customer service”

“I'm in Australia and had flowers delivered to my brother who is in hospital in England. Whilst I haven't seen the flowers, he loves them and said 'they must be the biggest arrangement of flowers in the hospital !! Thank you for your assistance ... much appreciated.”

“I paid for flowers and chocolates. Only the flowers were delivered - the chocolates were 'not available' Quote: "We would like to inform you ... " not "We regret to inform you". Occasion spoilt. Now chasing up the refund to my credit card and it has all gone quiet at FSN. Oh except an automatic email saying my order for flowers and chocolates is now complete. No chance of my business ever again.”
