“I ordered same day flowers to arrive in time for the recipient’s birthday, but they did not arrive. Waited a few days to see whether they would arrive late but still no flowers. The delivery is now 2 weeks late and counting. I have emailed and left a message on the customer service number but no one has responded to me.”

“This seems like a complete scam. Promised to deliver within 24 hours and then refuse to do it and have still not refunded me four months later. Still refusing to refund and offering to deliver the flowers long after the event has passed. I don’t know what I need to do to get a decent service out of this company.”

“Flowers for my daughters wedding anniversary were not delivered I wasn’t told until 11am on the day too late to find someone else to deliver flowers Also it has taken several emails and 3 weeks for them to refund the money. Definitely NO STARS”

“Would be zero star rating if possible. After placing my order and paying, I received an email on the day of delivery saying my order could not be fulfilled and I would be refunded in 5-10 working days. Over a month later, no refund and no response to my emails asking where the refund is. I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN”

“We paid NZ$225 for a box of flowers and a box of chocolates. The flowers arrived late but the chocolates did not arrive. This is a terrible service.”

“Ordered 'blue hues',large bouquet, picture shows flowers in a cute milk jug, assumed that's how the flowers would be sent my friend recieved a few flowers in a box!, I could have gone to any supermarket and bought dozens of flowers for the price, £72.98,(including delivery), absolutely discusted will not use services again”

“I was very impressed with the speed of delivery. Ordered about midday and delivered just before 1.30! I have not seen them obviously so I can’t comment on how the flowers look or anything. I’m hoping they were as described online.”

“Delivery not fulfilled, never advised until I did check on the status of it, then offered to deliver a day later or a full refund. Requested a full refund which to date has not been received, 28 days later! Very disappointing!”
