“Was very happy with the time delivery of the flowers, even though it was not delivered on the same day which was requested at the time of ordering, but clear communication with the reason was satisfactory. The recipient was pleased but did not share how they looked, so I cannot comment on that.”

“I am extremely disappointed with the delivery received. The flowers delivered looked nothing like the amount depicted in the order description and were very underwhelming. This gift was meant for a retirement celebration, and I feel let down by the quality and presentation overall a terrible experience and one I made a conscious decision not to use the more popular brands such as Interflora which I will have no choice but to revert back to especially as I have raised a complaint with no response.”

“The basket of flowers were delivered on time and to a difficult address (relative in a care home) without any problems at all. The arrangement was an excellent presentation of that displayed on the website and so didn't disappoint purchaser or recipient. All in all, good value and a good experience!”
