“Totally missleading business that just makes money missleading customers into believing that they will get flowers from a "local" florist, "near you". When I eneterd my postcode for a Wrexhan, North Wales delivery, the flowers were coming from London! Hardly a "local" florist. When I tried a different design, they were from Cheltenham. There were no items or designs from any florist anywhere near to Wrexham or within 100 miles. Total scam! Do NOT trust this shady outfit, make sure you order directly from a genuine florist that is actually local. You will get better service, better value and flowers that are hand delivered by the florist and not sent via courier!! This business does not actualy produce any produtcts, they just take a big percentage of your money for nothing, simply listing other businesses products and missleading people in to thinking the flowers will be from a local business. Shameful! PS. I would advise checking out other review sites for a more accurate opinion of this business. There is clearly something strange going on here as the reviews on this site do not align with all others??”

“*check your order* My order was ‘missed’ despite payment being charged. Only after checking in with my friend to see that she still hadn’t received them a week after the given sending date, I had to email them. I just wonder how many people never realised their order was ‘missed’ and that the flowers only get delivered when you’ve called it out. After emailing and asking for delivery confirmation, the flowers were delivered the next day (still 10days later) and a confirmation was sent 3 days afyer delivery.”

“I ordered same day delivery for my parents' anniversary which were delivered later on that day, although it was late afternoon by the time they arrived. The bouquet was underwhelming despite the high price, and although they looked thin and not very fresh, they got there!”

“Ordered flowers for our anniversary on 31st March they never got delivered on the 31st of March then had to contact the Flower Network to be told they will be delivered on the 1st of April.”

“Terrible. Be cautious using. Took order and payment, had 3 days notice for delivery of flowers for my mums birthday, she live 100s of miles from me. Notified me by email at 8.40 on day of delivery to say they couldn't meet order! Offered to maybe do something in the future or give a refund in 5 working days. Really poor.”

“If I could give no stars I would! This company were happy to take the order and payment then email with less than 24 hours notice from delivery to say they couldn't fulfil leaving no time for a replacement. Disgraceful service!”

“Absolute shambles of a company, they took money and order to only be told half way through the day of arranged delivery that they can't find a florist with the flowers I ordered then cancelled my order. No flowers for my other half on her birthday.”

“Hi, flowers were for my sister’s birthday. She was delighted with them, obviously fresh and in a lovely bouquet. My only comment would be on the delivery time, I would have preferred that they were delivered in the morning rather than 4.30 pm which I think is a bit late.”
