“Next day delivery guaranteed ……….. Not the case!!! My order has not been delivered. I received an email on the afternoon that delivery was due to say that it wasn’t possible to fulfil my order on time. Too late to make other arrangements. When I emailed back to ask if the next day would be possible ……. No reply. Very disappointing. Would not recommend this company.”

“very disappointed I ordred delux and it bears no resemblance and considering it cost £85 !! colours can change but composition should not especially for an expensive delux order !! first image from website second image what was delivered”

“I'm sorry to have to do this,but no flowers and chocolates have been received for my mothers birthday. She has a large front garden in a quiet cul de sac, with the house set back from road so it is very unlikely they were stolen. She was in all day. I tried contacting you to no avail, you telephone system takes ages then no answers and I was cut off, and no response to my emails. I am very disappointed in this service.”

“First of all you send the wrong flowers and when I tried to write your custumor service they just resend the "we have delivered your flowers" receipt. I ordered a bucket with sunflowers and you send roses?!”

“Well, I was a little disappointed at the size of the “deluxe” bouquet, as it was a special birthday for my mother and their 70th wedding anniversary. I spent £70 on the bouquet and honestly it was nice but not as large as expected for that price. I very rarely give reviews but felt this was needed. Thanks”

“Paid £78 on 16th Jan. Enquired on 19th Jan and they advised they could not deliver and would refund in 2- 5 days. Said on 29th Jan 2016 that they would look into it. Today is 31st Jan and still no refund.”

“Ordered flowers and chochlates 22 january to be deliverd 23 January, on the 25th they had still not arrived no custom service available on Sunday. I called Monday morning after 20 min I got through to a recorded message, so sent an e-mail the company respondenten quickly via e-mail apoligising , my order had been missed I was offered next day delivery or a complete refund, I opted for next day delivery and am pleased to say my sister was very happy with the flowers and chocolate.”

“After ordering flowers on the 22nd of January and received a confirmation email for the 24 th January for me mums 80th , on the 24 th at 10 am a email in my spam box was received saying they now can’t deliver, constant emails back on the Saturday no answer , Monday morning 2 phone calls over 30 mins each time on hold no answer , 3 more emails and I only got a reply when I said you have stolen my money and the flowers then got delivered later that day shocking and poor service”
