“I wasn’t happy about the flowers arriving in the evening and I requested for afternoon delivery because my partner had late shift so that was very disappointing also the flowers didn’t look very healthy and fresh. It was very sad to see the flowers in a bad state and was complete embarrassment for me”

“My experience with Flower Shops Network was solid overall. The bouquet was beautiful and arrived in good time. The only downside: some of the flowers weren’t exactly what was pictured and the delivery tracking could’ve been clearer. Would use them again.”

“The flowers were nice, but nothing like the advert and I paid for the biggest size, I would hate to see what the normal size was if this was the biggest. Not worth the money.”

“Flowers were a gift for my sister but even after using the feed for them only lasted 3 to 4 days and many flowers didn't bloom. Nothing like my previous experience of ordering and I don't know if the same shop did these but very disappointed. Not worth the money.”

“My sister, who was facing major surgery the next day, was very happy with her flowers and said they helped cheer her up. She is now recovering at home and enjoying looking at her basket of flowers. I live 270 miles south of her so wanted to let her know I was thinking of her, and flowers seemed a good way to do that.”

“I ordered the flowers on Friday 17th for delivery same day as a birthday gift, I got an email saying they couldn’t find a florist to fulfill the delivery, I emailed back on the Friday to say please continue to deliver but the flowers only arrived on the Monday 22nd”
