“I used Flower Shops Network for a sameday delivery for my wife on our wedding anniversary. It was delivered that day, in time for my wife to have a lovely surprise on her return home from work. She was overjoyed with them & they were gorgeous. 🙂”

“VERY DISSAPOINTING. POOR SERVICE AND PRODUCT. Ordered the day before. Said latest delivery time of 2pm. They arrived at 5:40pm. For what was a large size not the standard and £70 including delivery there were just 7 or so stems.”

“No flowers delivered to someone who had just lost their mother. 23 days since my order and still no refund, despite chasing it up twice. Seems to be a conscious effort to ignore phone calls and emails sent. Appalling in every concept.”

“I ordered same day delivery for a birthday, they emailed me in the afternoon that delivery wasn't available. Making it impossible for me to order elsewhere. The flowers were delivered the next day and they were lovely but seemed a bit pointless”

“Terrible I'm afraid. I ordered same day delivery. My money went out of my account but they missed the order and only found out after I had had to chase it. Arrived the next day not looking anything like the picture on the site. I'm obviously aware there are changes due to availability but this was too much. Worst of all they were sent with a blank card and not the message I had stipulated. Thus caused confusion and concern. On the back of all of this I asked for a refund. I was only offered 20% off of my next order. There will not be a next order so I've had no refund.”

“Unfortunately the flowers didn’t look anything like the photo. I ordered these from Australia and wanted them to be special for my cousins funeral. I understand that some flowers might not be available but it really looked like I had just picked them from my garden. Sorry but disappointed for the price I paid.”

“Although the flowers were not delivered on the day asked for, I was informed of the reason and was offered a full refund. I haven’5 been in contact with the recipient but, I am confident, the flowers will have been as ordered. Thank you for an excellent service.”

“I ordered and was given instructions to deliver the wreath to Manchester crematorium, but I delivered it to the wrong place. The size of the wreath was also incorrect, and I was charged a large amount for a product of the wrong size. I can't trust this company, and I am awaiting a refund. Flowers were not delivered to the right place. It's very embarrassing for a funeral place”

“Avoid at all costs tacky overpriced rubbish that doesn’t even turn up on time , this company needs investigating or better still shutting down, the flowers were nothing like what was advertised and the dedication card looked to have been written by a 6 year old child”
