“I ordered the flowers on Thursday for Delivery on Friday, my wife's birthday. I went home from work at 3.30 and they hadn't arrived. I waited until 4.30 and they still hadn't arrived so I tried to phone but got put on hold for 20 minutes, so I hung up and sent an email saying that the flowers hadn't been delivered and I wanted a full refund as it spoilt my wife's birthday. However at 7.00 in the evening the flowers were delivered, the flowers were lovely but 7.00 in the evening is far too late. I won't be ordering again.”

“The flowers were beautiful and my daughter was very happy. The reason I knocked a point off is because the confirmation of delivery came several days after and the delivery. Also, when I tried to call the opening hours were very limited and when I did connect I was in a queue for a long time and eventually gave up as I was connected via an international call. It would be good if confirmation of delivery was simultaneous to help reduce customer anxiety.”

“The flowers I ordered for my granddaughters 15th birthday never arrived. My phone calls were not answered. My email was not answered. I have lodged a dispute with my bank. I don’t intend to let this go. I want an immediate refund. My order number is 35362 for delivery today 28th November 2025. This is beyond disappointing. Kindly contact me asap. Peta Davies”
