“I duplicated the order I sent to my sister for her birthday last August. It was the same bouquet and the same price. I called in to see her on the 7th and was disappointed with the bouquet. It was smaller than her birthday bouquet and the flowers looked different. Basically, it wasn't worth £48 and my sister said some of the flowers had wilted overnight. Can't say I will order from you again unfortunately 😕”

“Needed to send flowers to a distant relation in poor health, and the ordered flowers were delivered very early on the following day. Received Emails confirming placement of the order and of delivery, very good service, and recipient of the flowers was very pleased with them.”

“The flowers were delivered (well, I actually had to go out to meet the delivery guy) on the wrong day (evening) because they had another delivery the next day that clashed. In fairness to them, they gave some extra flowers and the bouquet looked nice, but it wasn’t what I payed for.”

“The only way you can write a review is to give them 1 star. This company does not deserve any stars. I ordered a glass vase with my order of flowers. The flowers were delivered on time but the vase was not. The company have completely ignored emails and voicemails. They are clearly not going to refund my money. There is no customer service. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.”

“Flowers were delivered on the day they were asked for, albeit late afternoon just before the addressee was going out to celebrate! However, the basket and flowers were smaller than envisaged after looking at your photograph but still a nice display.”
