“I arrived from Australia for my sister's birthday and tried a few places to get some flowers, but mist were next day delivery but this Flowers Network took my order about 10.00am and delivered at 3.00pm as requested.”

“Delivered on time (same day as order) and exceeded my expectations. I wanted them for my friends first chemotherapy session for when she got home and that is exactly what happened. Every flower was perfect and just as the picture! Thank you! You made her very happy!”

“Absolute Rubbish Flowers were reported delivered, but were not. Sent email asking for explanation, no reply. Phoned helpline , no answer after 30 minutes then cut off. Had to re order through another florist at additional cost. Leave well alone.”

“Next day delivery guaranteed ……….. Not the case!!! My order has not been delivered. I received an email on the afternoon that delivery was due to say that it wasn’t possible to fulfil my order on time. Too late to make other arrangements. When I emailed back to ask if the next day would be possible ……. No reply. Very disappointing. Would not recommend this company.”
