“Still waiting on a refund 16 days later. Atrocious service. Woeful communication. Worst shopping experience ever. I notice their website claims that queries are resolved in under an hour. I will be lucky if mine is resolved within a month at this rate.”

“Very poor flowers, even had dead leaves in the bunch. I paid nearly £70 for a second rate bunch of flowers. When I complained they offered me 15% off my NEXT order.....why would I want to spend any more of my money with this company if they got the first order so badly wrong.”

“Flowers were late. Not what I ordered and when compared to another bunch which was twice the size for the same money, I asked for my money back, and surprise surprise, I did not get a reply. £55 down the plug. I will never use you or recommend you again. I still want my monies returned”

“I recieved a phonecall on 13th Feb saying your system picked up the wrong postcode. I gave the correct postcode. I received an email saying the flowers have been delivered to the wrong address in Leicester. I spent 50 minutes in the phone queue and no one picked up. I am devastated, these flowers were for someone who had an accident. I have emailed and no reply. This makes me think this company is a scam.”

“This is the 3rd time I have used Flower Shops Network, since poor customer service from Interflora. They have been superb. All 3 have said how wonderful the flowers and chocolates have been and the fact I ordered at 7am and they were received in Hampshire (I live in London) by 13.30 is incredible service! On my last order the chocolates were forgotten but they sorted that the same day, coming back to rectify, which I also thought was handled professionally and promptly. FSN are my go to for flowers now as was not sure they sent nationally but this was just as good as I have found them to be previously. Superb experience as a customer and a recipient all round.”

“The recipient was delighted with her birthday flowers. There was a little mix up with where the flowers had been left as the recipient was not home at the time of delivery. My fault, I did not correctly hear the voicemail telling us where they had been left. I reported a missing delivery, Flower Shops responded immediately. It was all sorted in less than half an hour. Well pleased.”
