I ordered the chocolate box to go to my mums address 12 holmfield Avenue clayton west huddersfield west Yorkshire hd8 9ng. Which my mum never recieved and I paid for them. Could this be sorted out please x

Ordered flowers in plenty time for mothers day and received an email on the day telling me no florist available. They delivered the day after and the flowers were very nice but poor show, likely won't be using again

Ordered flowers on Wednesday for Friday delivery prior to Mother's Day. Flowers were not delivered!! When i made an enquiry they said no florist was available. They offered an alternative date after Mother's Day which was accepted. On second delivery date, no delivery, the excuse was the florist was struggling to find the address. The flowers were finally delivered 4 date late, when the florist was quizzed they responded that the order had only been received Ed and they had no problem finding the house. I have not heard anything from the company despite asking questions. Poor service all round, do not bother using this company.

Do not bother with this company,I ordered flowers on 5th March for 7th March delivery, gor a 70th birthday no flowers arrived so when i contacted them they said no florist was available for that order and a email had been sent. No email was sent,checked junk,spam. I asked for a copy of the email, nothing. I have contacted many times since has I still haven't received my refund. Bloody joke

Orders Flowers on Monday for delivery on Wednesday. Order was confirmed and processed on Monday. Didn't hear from them again until an e mail at 12.10 today telling me they wouldn't be delivering the flowers and would be returning the money in 3-5 working days. Absolute waste of time and effort. My advice is don't bother. Ring a local florist yourself and they'll do a better job. Quick to process the money, slow to return it, even slower to deliver flowers.

Do not buy flowers from this company. I ordered flowers for my best friend whose father had just died for next day delivery - order was accepted and then 3 hours later I got an email saying the order could not be fulfilled and that a refund would be 3 -5 working days. They then took payment for the flowers 24 hours later even though they could not process the order. Despite sending numerous emails I have not received my refund or response 12 working days later.

Flowers were lovely and delightful. The gentleman who delivered was amazing as my mum is 88 & disabled he was very polite and patient. Only issue was no glass vase, which I hope will be resolved or refunded.

I made an order on the 5th of March for a delivery on Saturday the 14th of March for Mothers Day. I emailed you on Sunday morning as not received only to be told you had emailed me to say there were no Florists in the area who could accept, make and deliver the order. You could only complete the transaction on Monday the 16th of March (a day after Mothers Day which is not acceptable). I NEVER received that email but reluctantly accepted the Monday delivery. Then my mother received the flowers on the afternoon of the 15th being Mothers Day even though you said you could not deliver. An absolute farce from start to end although at least the flowers were nice!

I ordered flowers from NZ to the UK for my sister-in-law after the death of my brother. The flowers were lovely. They were delivered promptly and exceeded my expectations from the image I had selected from.
