“Delivered on time, and as a panic buy must appreciated. However the vase I purchased did not appear to be present? The flowers just resting on the floor with the others in front of the coffin? It was a bit awkward to go looking for it!”

“Ordered flowers for a birthday gift day before birthday for following day delivery.received email at 13.40 day flowers were due to arrive saying order had been cancelled as local supplier couldn’t be arranged leaving me with no time to arrange delivery from elsewhere.also same email saying I would be getting a refund up to 5-10 days later.£68 out of my account for ten days and nothing to show for it.would definitely not recommend and certainly won’t be using again.”

“Stay away from this company they will not deliver your flowers and not provide a refund. We are still waiting after 34 days. A disgrace of a company. See other reviews on independant sites.”

“I used this service rather than any of the plethora of SAME DAY services available, any one of which probably would have delivered on the same day. Your service delivered the next day, after the birthday in question had been missed! I won’t use it again.”

“Absolutely appalling service! I ordered same day delivery first thing in the morning. I received a note late that day to say they could not find any local florist to fulfil the order, did I still want the flowers delivered tomorrow or did I want a refund. I replied that I still wanted them the following day. Customer Services did not reply that day, or to my follow up email the following day. I sent another chaser to only receive the reply they could still not find a local florist and they were processing a refund. To be clear, I do NOT live in the middle of nowhere, but in a Provincial City. Do NOT use this service if you really need guaranteed delivery!”

“My 97 year old aunt was delighted with her flowers. I have seen a photo of them and they are really beautiful. The only reason l didn't give 5 stars was Sunday was given as a delivery option on the website to be told a few days before that it wasn't possible. Block out those days please.”

“Special order for my wife's birthday as I was traveling, money taken - no delivery and a last minute cancellation. [Avoid this business]. Wished I had checked the reviews previously. Now on to the refund - which also does not look good - so will hand this over to the credit card company & SCC to pursue. 0 Stars.”

“Today is 5/6/2026. I've been waiting since the 1st May for a refund on flowers I paid for that could not be delivered. I've sent 4 emails asking what the problem is with the refund and not got a satisfactory answer.”
