“From the feed back from my friend I must say that I am absolutely over the moon, even though I dropped a right clanger with her house number they arrived with in 3 hours from ordering so hats off to your company for sorting everything out for me following a hasty e/mail again thank you.”

“I live in Stockport, I couldn't use my normal florist because they don't deliver on Sundays. I ordered a deluxe package for £85 as was away on my wifes birthday. They were underwhelming to say the least, I have had far bigger and prettier flowers for far less money. It looked like I was saying happy birthday on the cheap. I wouldn't use again.”

“My friend was absolutely delighted with the flowers, and totally surprised. The hand written card was exactly as I wanted, no questions that it was being sent from my pet puppy. The quality was excellent, the delivery driver friendly, courteous and respectful of the property. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and the first class service I have received. “I ordered a bouquet for my partner for her Birthday on the 28th September 2025 but it did not arrive. I attempted to call customer service phone number on Sunday evening to find they were not open. I called again on Monday 29th, only to be told that they do not deliver on Sundays. This is not mentioned on the website, and Sunday is offered as a delivery day. There was no contact from Flower Shops Network regarding this, despite the customer service agent saying that an email had been sent, and yes, I checked the spam / junk folder too. Terrible service. Avoid.”
